Welcome, I’m Tracy! 

As a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing Education and extensive experience across a wide range of clinical settings, I have witnessed how deeply stress, illness, and life experiences can impact both the mind and body. Alongside my professional work—and through my own lived experiences with illness, loss, and healing—I came to a deeper understanding of the need for rest, regulation, and renewal within the nervous system.

I discovered sound healing as a gentle practice that supports the nervous system and invites the mind, body, and soul back into a state of serenity.
